The cylinder rotates very quietly and colourful sparkly shapes cascade over each other making a very gentle sound, illuminated by a bright colour changing LED light. You can reverse the direction and alter the speed (from slow to very very slow). External switches can be plugged in to either start or stop, or reverse the direction. Has a transformer.
